Welcome a new addition to the family

We are so excited to announce that our 9th bar is launching on the 9th July! The newest addition to our range is our Somerset Cider Brandy bar.

The Somerset Cider Brandy Company has been making cider brandy since 1989. They use traditional copper stills to create their brandies using their own apples from 180 acres of cider apple orchards. It takes seven tons of apples to fill just one 500 litre barrel. The cider brandy is aged for 10 years in oak barrels and has notes of prunes, walnut and vanilla.

We combine the cider brandy with lightly toasted stone-milled cashews and 80% milk chocolate to create a smooth and velvety ganache filling. The bar is enrobed in fruity 90% ethical Chocolat Madagascar dark chocolate. As with the rest of our range, no preservatives or soy lecithin are added.

All of our bars are proudly reduced sugar. Our newest creation is no different containing just 3.9g sugar per bar.
