Our recipes are built around thoughtful flavour pairings, combining fine chocolate with preservative-free ingredients chosen for their quality and balance across our artisan chocolate collection.

With less sugar, each ingredient has more room to shine. Many of these ingredients are sourced from trusted artisanal producers in the South of England, helping us create chocolate that is refined, distinctive and full of character.

Honey Caramelised Cocoa Nibs Shards

Flavour Notes

Chocolate Shards made of our house 90% dark RaiseTrade Chocolat Madagscan couverture topped with roasted rare Sambirano cocoa nibs that are slowly roasted in Honey’s of Henley meadowfoam honey with notes of marshmallows and vanilla.  Finished with a sprinkling of Halen Môn sea salt. Our chocolate is reduced sugar, and free from preservatives, dairy, artificial colouring or soy lecithin. Available in 100g bags.

Flavour Notes

Aurosó Candied Orange Florins are studded with Honey Candied Navel Orange made in our kitchen with Honey’s of Henley richly floral spring honey, topped with roasted rare Sambirano cocoa nibs nestled on 90% dark Madagascan Chocolate with mellow, fruity, raisin and citrus notes. Flavour Notes

Handmade 90% dark Madagascan Chocolate Truffles with Morvenna Spiced Rum from The Cornish Distillery with notes of lemongrass, saffron and Apricot, Bruton Somerset Fresh Dairy Organic cream and Honey’s of Henley richly floral spring honey. Finished with a sprinkling of Halen Môn sea salt. Twice rolled in Madagascan Fine Natural Cacoa Powder from the Sambirano organic rainforest. Each truffle is reduced sugar, artificial colouring and soy lecithin free. As the truffles are made with organic fresh cream, please note that the shelf life is 3 weeks. Available in boxes of 6 (60g) or 12 (120g).

Moonshine Florins (Vegan)

Flavour Notes

Moonshine Florins are studded with a Cotswolds whisky-soaked flame raisin, toasted pine nuts, rosemary from our kitchen garden, and a sprinkle of Halen Môn sea salt. All nestled on our house 90% RaiseTrade Chocolat Madagascar base couverture. The whisky we use is sourced from the Cotswolds Distillery, who craft excellent gins and whiskies in the heart of the Cotswolds. Their Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky has notes of dried fruits, chocolate and a touch of spice – making it the natural choice for our Moonshine Florins. Each chocolate is reduced sugar, dairy and artificial colouring free. Available in 75g bags.

I tried the Raspberry Fig bar, Strawberry Lemon, Lemon Coriander and Somerset Cider Brandy bar (my favourite).
