We’ve been blown away by the response to our 9th bar – Somerset Cider Brandy which uses a wonderful 10 year old Cider Brandy from the Somerset Cider Brandy Company at Burrow Hill. We’ve had lovely feedback from customers and retailers alike, and couldn’t be more pleased as it is one of our favourites, too.
The most exciting feedback we received was from Annalisa Barbieri who included our new bar in her feature Notes on Chocolate at the beginning of August. This is our second time in The Observer and we are over the moon. Annalisa said that it’s a ‘delicious little bar’ filled with ‘what tastes like more than a dash of cider brandy’. Shipping in a heatwave
We’re secretly a little bit relieved that we’ve had some cooler weather this week – even with a temperature-controlled kitchen making chocolate in a heatwave does come with some challenges! Just a reminder that we will only ship when the ambient temperature is below 23C to ensure that your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We really appreciate your patience, thank you.
