Chocolate Shards made of our house 90% dark RaiseTrade Chocolat Madagscan couverture topped with roasted rare Sambirano cocoa nibs that are slowly roasted in Honey’s of Henley meadowfoam honey with notes of marshmallows and vanilla.  Finished with a sprinkling of Halen Môn sea salt.

Our chocolate is reduced sugar, and free from preservatives, dairy, artificial colouring or soy lecithin. Available in 100g bags.

Chocolate Shards with Honey Caramelised Cocoa Nibs.

Madagascar Cocoa Beans, Cane Sugar, (85% Cocoa Solids min.), Madagascar Cocoa Beans (100% Cocoa Solids min.), Madagascar Cocoa Nibs (4.6%), Honeys of Henley Meadowfoam Honey (1.5%). Cocoa Butter, Trace Halen Môn Sea Salt.

We use celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soya, and tree nuts in our kitchen.

No SOY lecithin

No Artificial colourings

Dairy free

All our chocolate is RaiseTrade from Madagascar.

Delivery

We currently only ship within UK and due to high demand currently takes 3-14 working days.

UK delivery is £5.45 per order.  Your chocolate is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.  Once your order is packed up, we will send you an Order Complete email, followed by another email with the tracking number and details of where you can track your order. Your order will be taken down to our local sorting office the following working day.

We only ship when the transit temperature is below 23C to ensure that the Chocolates arrive in premium condition. Please also note we cannot control the conditions the chocolate is exposed to and therefore shipping is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

We have regretfully  made the decision to stop shipping to Europe due to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) new regulations.
